The rates published on our site include the entire stay and include VAT (and all other taxes) and EXCLUDE the TOURIST TAX, to the City Hall of Padua which will always be paid in cash upon your arrival. To book your stay in a PadovaResidence apartment is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount or the total amount of the reservation. In case of payment of the deposit only, the remaining balance is paid at check-in. By paying the deposit and / or the total balance, the guest implicitly accepts all the terms and conditions listed on this page and on the booking page of our website www.padovaresidence.com. In case of payment of the deposit only and / or the total balance, the cancellation is free within 60 days before the check-in date. For all subsequent cancellations or no shows, the following amount will be charged: total deposit or 50% of the total booking. The confirmation of your reservation will be immediate and sent by PadovaResidence via e-mail once the deposit or total amount has been credited. Unless otherwise indicated, all our rates include free utilities and linen for the accommodation. The cost of air conditioning is excluded, which is to be considered separately and according to consumption. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or via a payment via Paypal or bank transfer.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Transfers to our bank account and PayPal payments must be net of all bank charges for both transmission and reception. The payee reference for the transfer should be PadovaResidences.a.s. We also accept cash payments, which must not exceed 2.999,00 Euro per transaction.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00, and check-out is by 10:00. We will meet you in person at the apartment to hand over the keys, so we ask you please to let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. At the time of booking, we ask our guests to leave us a mobile phone number which will be active during their stay in Padua, in case we need to get in touch. Arrivals and departures outside these times are possible subject to availability, if agreed in advance, and may incur a supplementary charge. Check-in after 19:00 is subject to an extra charge of 30,00 Euro. Before checking out, we ask you to leave the kitchen clean, as you found it on arrival. Please remove all your belongings and dispose of waste in the differentiated bins which you will be shown on arrival.
On check-in you will be asked for a deposit to ensure the keys are returned and the apartment is left in an appropriate state. This varies according to the apartment and the length of stay. At the time of check-in we will provide you with a clean apartment in excellent condition. If on entering the apartment you find something you don’t think is correct, please inform us immediately.
On check-in we will ask you to sign the rental contract in Italian, backed by the Italian Civil Code. On request we can furnish you with an English translation of the contract, but the Italian version will be binding. Italian law stipulates that rental contracts for longer than one month must be registered. For registration you will need your Italian tax ID number (if you haven’t already got one we’ll explain how to apply).
All our apartments are supplied with cotton bed linen, blankets and duvets, clean towels (a bath towel, a medium and a small towel per person, a bathmat and a tea towel), a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen for food preparation, complete with pots and pans, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Some apartments also have dishwashers. You’ll find a welcome pack with everything you need for the first night: coffee, tea, infusions, sugar, toilet paper, soap and washing-up liquid. For longer stays you can buy your groceries in the local shops (when you check in we’ll give you a map with these indicated. We cannot accept animals, even small-sized ones. All our apartments are non-smoking.
All our apartments provide a wifi connection free of charge.
Regional law obliges all guests to be identified by a valid identity document with photographs, such as a passport or a European ID card. Only guests registered in this way at the time of check-in may stay in our apartments. If you are expecting visitors, we ask you to please inform us in advance. Our apartments are rented for normal domestic use, and it is explicitly prohibited to use them as a meeting place for commercial activities. Accommodation of more people than those agreed and registered will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and the stay.
As stipulated by law, these terms and conditions, alongside the Italian version, and the provision of services by us, will be regulated and interpreted in compliance with Italian law. Any dispute arising from these terms, the general conditions and our services will be handled exclusively by the competent court of Padova (Italy).
All our apartments will be totally cleaned and sanitized each time.
They are completely independent and there are no public areas shared with other guests.
Hand sanitizing gel is available in each apartment and it is mandatory to wear a mask during the check-in phase.
Just in this moment, our guests will be in contact with Sara or Isabella.
In addition, to ensure greater security, we leave our apartments closed 48 hours between the departure and arrival of new guests.
